I cant open or create a new unity Project

Hi,

I tried to open a Project in the unity Hub but when I clicked it the Hub closed and nothing happened, I tried to reinstall the Unity Hub but it didn't changed anything, I can't open up an older project or create a new, always the Hub closed and nothing Happened.
