Problem in loading a lower level/scene
Good day,
I'm having a problem in loading the main menu scene.When the game starts it works perfectly.The problem shows up only when I'm trying to access/load the main menu from the game . It consists in freezing almost everything - no sounds, no animations. Luckily the buttons still work.
I'm loading the scene with Application.LoadLevel("MainMenu") from a GUI.button.

I guess it might be to do with the way you use variables in that scene - do you have lots of things declared as static?
for instance, the mainmenu is set 1 and level 1 is set 2(In build settings). If the mainmenu is loaded from 0 to 1 it's working perfectly. If I load the main menu from 2 to 1 the animations nor the sounds are working.
Static Answer : Not many, but I can't see any connection.
its hard to know what is going wrong in this instance. a. you might be hanging as you disable or destroy objects in your last scene. b. you might be hanging as you awake/enable/start objects in your new scene c. objects that persist from one scene to the next (via 'DontDestory') might be hanging the scene as they disable/enable when the scene loads
these three things i think might be the main culprits.
