Xamarin opens multiple windows.

Hello, I have started using Xamarin today and I love it so far; but there is one very annoying problem that I'm currently having with it. Basically every time I open a C# script, Xamarin opens a new window without the script or completely empty. I do not know why that is happening as MonoDevelop was working fine, but Xamarin just feel better that's why I'd love to use it over MD.

I have downloaded Xamarin from their website, syntax and everything works correctly... Xamarin recognises the Unity namespaces and the code is correct, I have installed the Unity package for Xamarin 6. Its just this annoying bug that is driving me crazy, as once that is fixed I will stick to Xamarin.
