FXAA just flashing colors

Problem: FXAA Post-effect does not work, this has been confirmed on two different computers.

FXAA Off (NSAA On) alt text FXAA On, looks like this for every FXAA except FXAA3 Console. You can note the tree outlines due the to crease shading
