Wrapping and continuing Text across multiple Text UI elements in Unity 5.5
Ive got a UI element that is a book. I will be dynamically filling its pages with text, which may be too much for a single page. Ideally I would like Unity to truncate displaying the text, and then be able to access what was truncated so I might start the next text box there. Unfortunately I can't find a straightforward way to access that. Has anyone got a solution? I've been dreading trying to work through one of these solutions where you calculate the width and the height based on your font size and whatnot. Those seem like decent solutions for small game menus, but I dread error propagation issues for pages of text. Can someone point me in a useful direction?
