Unity3.5.3 user prefrefence has no option for VS

Recently i upgraded my unity3d to 5.3.5 but it gives me the issue of opening the scripts in VS. I am using VS2015 Enterprise , VSTOOLS2015 for Unity3d. but no option is visible.
