Logitech Steering Wheel g920 does not work on PCs but on Laptops

I am using the Logitech Gaming SDK for a Project and it is strange that everything works fine for Laptops but it does not work on PCs. Link to SDK : https://www.assetstore.unity3d.com/en/#!/content/6630 I tried: different PCs, new installation several USB Ports virus scanner is turned offf I have administration rights

System : Windows 10 Unity : 5.2.2 Thanks for any help.
