I have got this error many times. Before it was of unable to detect SDK. As soon as i resolved that, i'm facing this error without showing any error to me. Could any one help me with this ?
Actually issue is with Unity version 2019.2.17f1. Not able to generate any single build in that version. So i tried to downgrade my unity version to 2018.4.14f1. Also i've downgraded version of my project too and it caused me to recreate project. So if you downgrade you project make sure you have done backup of current project. If you face any dependencies not found issue then try to remove those dependencies from /Packages/manifest.json and then check if it's working or not.
Note: If you have used images in your project then it will be removed and be shown as missing script so simply you need to remove missing script component and add image in that. If you have done any animation using that image, then edit and check if animation is ok or not as images are getting deleted if you downgrade project version

I do not know whether or not your problem was resolved or not @denish_gabani
I can tell you how I solved mine. I had open JDK in my preferences. I installed open JDK from Git Hub. I then used JDK 8 from Oracle. Simply set that in the External Tools Settings. Everything works fine now.
