What is the best way to navigate in VR mode with Bluetooth Controller ?

I have watched this video to be able to navigate in VR mode with Bluetooth controller. when i press forward key on my Bluetooth controller it goes in forward direction but when i change my head direction it doesn't go through my head direction and continue in direction that it was!!!!
Please help me...... Thanks....
