Problem with terrain edges on large terrain
Hello,
I'm playing around with a large terrain and I wanted to put a little dock village in it. The prefab I have is very small compared to the terrain. So when I try to conform the terrain to the prefab I get the edges bleeding through the models because there isn't a smooth vertical edge, it's sloped.
I maxed the heightmap resolution on the tile as well as the control texture to allow for minimum brush size. But I still can't get the edges to smooth out.
Is there a way to fix this? Either it's underrepresented and it leaves gaps between the terrain and the models. Or it bleeds past the models. Is it simply something that can't be fixed with large terrains and small models?
