Gear VR default splash screen appears instead of custom
Hello, i have a problem with splash screen for Gear VR. I have tested it in different configurations but result is always the same. I use Unity Pro and i can disable splash screen entirely.
However if i want to use custom one then only default unity logo on gray screen appears. Whatever i change it is always the same. Does anybody know what could be the issue?

NOW I KNOW.
Though if anybody from Unity Team could explain me who the hell thought it was good idea to scrap default splash screen from VR builds then i would be glad. Because you leave an option for one image for VR splash screen that works like splash screen in the old days but dont allow better one. Idk who works in your VR team but that is ridiculous and i will request a change and mark it as bug. Hell.
