Scroll Background vertical on swipe

i have an mobile idle game, where you can create Generators, which are spawn to the scene like a list. I want now that you can scroll vertical through the Generators with a moving Background. The Background in the middle should be my startpoint. And then i can scroll/swipe vertical down till the end of my list of Generators. The second background should be loop, so that i could have an infinity list of Generators.

Can someone help me, how to do it?

i just find tutorials for infinity Backgrounds with constant speed and a GameObject as center point.
