Are there any simplified level editors?
I am used to making levels with FPSCreator by the game creators, is there a way to make levels like that? I am very skilled with the FPSC editor and It would make things much easier if there was a similar route.

To my knowledge,no But there are some (commercial) tools that can make it easier.
As well you could use "Height maps" https://www.google.com/#q=unity%20heightmap , They can make mapping simple and fast,
and there is always Voxels (very hard to learn, but worth it).
There is others but I cannot think of them right now.
Edit.Google sketchup, I use that to make quick levels. Not as fast as fpsc but it's still fast.
There are ways to get you map as a .FBX without pro.

well i know that you can import fps creator models ... but the question isn't that.
i think you should create a map procedurally in modelling application
