Given an array (1D) of floats meant to be altitude/elevation data, how would you generate a terrain that has corresponding “heights” to these floats?
I am very, very beginner with Unity. I'm trying to take an array of floats that looks like: {10.12, 23.1, 31.2, 3.4, 3.2} etc... and trying to generate a terrain/plane that contains hills that correspond to these float magnitudes. It's for a first person biking game. Would SetHeights be possible? Or am I going in the wrong direction? Any suggestions? Thanks!
Btw, due to restrictions, this is the only way. Can't use terrain.party.,I am very, very beginner with Unity.
