Animation events not working for my sprite animation

Yeah it lets me press the button to add the animation event but then I can't add any functions, I can't name it, I can't do anything. Is there some other way I have to add animation events to sprite sheet animations?

I have same problem. Documentation is not updated. And also sometimes it gives me dropdown with functions, and sometimes nothing, I don't know why. Please help me someone. No Function
