How do I keep Lightmap information when copying a project?

Hi all, I'm having a problem with the lightmaps in my project. Basically, I'm constantly copying the project from one computer to another, and every time I open the project in the other PC, the lightmaps have gone nuts and I have to bake them again. How can I prevent this from happening?
