Shader help: Is it possible to make the sprite's under a circle/mask appear brighter/more vibrant?
Hey,
So I'm a massive noob with shaders, and I need some help. What I want it to basically have an circle/rectangle that I can move above the other sprites in the scene, and the parts of the sprites that are under the area of that circle/rectangle to appear lighter/more vibrant. I've seen similar things before, and I feel like there's definitely some way of using masks or shaders to achieve this - but it is beyond me.
Can someone please point me in the right direction?
Much appreciated
