How to make a true virtual keyboard for computer in Unity?

I need a virtual keyboard in unity that doesn't change what you selected, and able to input Chinese. I know who to called out Windows default virtual keyboard but it's ugly and has command keys, which make it not suitable.

Do you know if some one did it? is there plugin/library i can find?
