physicscollision detectionraycasting
How to create accurate raycast-based collision detection
I am trying to make collision detection between 2 moving objects with raycasts, and if 1 of the 2 is stationary it works just fine, but when both are moving towards eachother it breaks, what is the best way to make sure that they both stop without phasing through eachother?
Comment
By using rigidbodies with continuous collision detection (and colliders) instead of raycasts
I am going to be using this for a custom physics engine, otherwise I would have just used rigidbodies
Are you implementing a custom physics engine, or just using one?
