How to make a save button that only save the changes I made to the UI Text in the app.

Hi, I just want to save my scene not any game level or player name, I just want to save the changes I made to the UI Text. So when I quit the game it asks me to save and when I come back it loads the text I saved before. My point is that I have UI Text in my game that people can edit when they are in my app and I just want the text they put in their to save if they press the save button. Please Help Thank you very much.
