unity pro file sharing

Question

So Im thinking of getting Unity Pro and I wanted to know if my friend who works on a mac will be able to edit projects that we have made if Im using unity Pro on a PC (Windows Vista)? I also wanted to know, if I buy Unity Pro will my friend have to buy it to also use unity Pro or am I able to Download it on his computer too?

Yes there is no problem working with OSX and Windows on the same project.

And your friend needs his own license. Unity is per developer licensed so you need a license and he needs one.
