Json & Unity DirectoryNotFoundException: Could not find a part of the path
So I've been banging my head into this for days and just can't find a solution. I've recently been following this Inventory System Tutorial which uses the json library. Following along I have encountered this error.
Here is my code:
my file path from the file explorer is:
C:\Users\Hephaestus\Dropbox\HOD\HeartofDarkness\Assets\SteamingAssets\Items.json
Finally I am building for Windows not any Android or iOS- which seem to sometimes have these problems.
Can someone please, pleeaase help me figure this one out. I'm going insane.
Its probably as simple as Dropbox being a protected folder. Dont work directly from Dropbox. Just use it to keep backups and fileshare.
