Same thing for me, although its going from a PC to $$anonymous$$ac
I too am getting this crash. I'm on OSX El Capitan and I just upgraded unity from 5.2 to 5.3.2f1. $$anonymous$$y scene will no longer open and I'm getting similar shader warnings in the console. $$anonymous$$y build settings are on Android.
Update: I tried switching build targets from android to web and now my scene opens again. $$anonymous$$aybe I'll try switching back to android and seeing it it starts working again there too. Nope, that didn't work. Guess I can't build on Android until I figure this out
I'm having the same problem in 5.3.2f1 with the demo project when trying to build for Android on a $$anonymous$$ac. Looks like a real bug.
