Error building Player: IOException: Failed to Move File in TIZEN

this is the error i'am getting after building my unity game Error building Player: IOException: Failed to Move File / Directory from 'A:\itsmothnALPHA\jewel crush\Temp\StagingArea\build\com.salyert.jewelcrush-1.0.0-arm.tpk' to 'A:/itsmothALPHA/pleaseworkplease.tpk'. don't know what to do already gave permission to the folder and removed temp files stilll geting this exception please help me as i'am in time sensitive project thank you in advance
