unity 4.2 free 27/07/2013 not working on windows 8 surface pro 64Gb up to date

hi guys, i don't see anything about how to make it work on surface pro... i can't use unity 4.2 on my surface with windows 8 up to date ( i dont do 8.1 ) i try a new projet with no plugin selected.... i got the editor screen but i can't have acces to menus or buttons... and when i try to make it full screen its just freeze and i need to kill the editor... i've tried -force-d3d11 but nothing changed.... anyone got unity 4.2 working on surface pro ?
