Admob ads not showing on android devices

i have admob plugin on my unity project, i have built it and it works fine on bluestacks, but when i try it on my android device, the ad is not showing. i tried it on my friend's android device but it's not showing either. please help me..

I am having the same problem. I followed this tutorial on Youtube, and the ads are not showing on my mobile. Have you found a solution ?
