UMA custom race deformed. Where am I going wrong?
I just started working with UMA and an quite pleased with what it can accomplish, I am having trouble understanding how to create a custom race though. I have a female model mesh that I'd like to use instead of the default female mesh, it's skinned to the skeleton from the content creation pack and I created the Race asset as dictated in the videos with the werewolf. After that I tool the separated mesh pieces and made slots out of them and set up a generic RandomSet with just the default pieces. When I try and run it however it turns out like this:

Those are the hands ...
I've tried replacing the slots of the new mesh with the slots included hoping that it was an issue with the slots but anything such as FemaleHead_Head slot on my new race also gets deformed badly. I'm not trying to do anything else special in code or assets, all I'm trying to do is get the UMACrowd to populate my new race. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
Best regards and thanks for reading.
