the tree couldn't be instanced because the prefab contains no valid mesh renderer

when i try to paint a tree (which is a custom mesh which i created in sketchup and exported it as .fbx file)
onto the terain in unity , it shows a console error -

showing the inspector of the tree would make more sense.
