Remove animation from model

I have model with girl driving bike. Model contains two types of animation girl movement animation and wheel rotation animation. I want to remove wheel rotation animation from model.

I have created prefab from this model and from this prefab I want to remove wheel animation. I tried this but when I restart unity prefab get all animation back. I don't forgot to save prefab.

Please give me some suggestions in this.
