Smooth Movement in Unity Network?

I've been searching in internet a way to smooth the movement of players but i can't, in my screen i'm smooth, but others players aren't smooth, all i have is a plane and a spawnpoint to people to spawn, the script for connect to the server and the player is a first person (working). who can help me?

P.D I dont use photon network.

Can you give me a tutorial for this? Pls i dont found any tutorial..

Thats the problem of unitys built in Networking. I'm not sure but I think interpolation does not work in that Networking System. Thats why most of the people use Photon.
