Custom Editor like Package Manager

Hey ;)

I am trying to do a custom editor for my game. It is some kind of a items creator so I thought that list of items on the left side and item data on the right side of the window is good idea. I noticed that Package Manager looks a little bit like that. And I have a problem with that items list, I mean how can I make that kind of selectable elements ? It doesn't looks like a button or anything I know. alt text
