Change default text color in inspector window

Hello, I have tried GUIStyle.normal.textColorand GUIStyle.onNormal.textColorto change the text color of field names, i.e : Blur Panel Prefab, Loading Panel Prefab, Mat and Font (the Texts on the right of the inspector) but it does not work at all. i am already using the same GUIStyle to draw the blue background on the picture.

So does anyone know why textColor does not affect the color of the texts ? Thanks :)
