Grass on mesh?
I'm making a low poly farming game and since I can't make very good low poly terrain with the Unity terrain editor, I just made a mesh in blender. I want to place 3d grass models that I've made on the terrain mesh like I would with the Unity terrain editor, but I don't know how. Can anyone help me? Also, would this cause severe drops in framerate? If so, how would I avoid the loss in performance?

I am looking for the same answer, there is no reference about it anywhere, I guess that unity doesnt has a feature to use mesh as grass, I an switching to CryEngine for better features
