what should I take note when making a game character?

I just made a simple animation to my character but yet I am not satisfied. I want create a good one to be use in unity. For example a good movement and easy to navigate character.

You don't need to worry about anything as long as your character is Pre-Fabricated, That is why it's called a Prefab, It'll let you accommodate your animation, sprites(as for it's body parts), controller script etc.) in a one fabricated Game Object, So, You'll be able to move, instantiate and transform it easily around the world. Just go for it. There wouldn't be any problem. If there is you know where to find us. :))
