Modular entity construction
I am working on a project that requires a modular construction system similar to the one present in Kerbal Space Program. Unfortunately I have yet to discover how to set something like this up. I have the various parts of my models that I intend to use but I have no idea how to go about creating a way for the user to select the part from a GUI and have it clip to specific points on a base part. I also wish to include multiplayer compatibility in this project and was curious as to how well the modular construction system would work in a multiplayer scenario.
