Where are the terrain editor tools?

Question

I'm not sure if it's because of Unity 5 or something that I have done, but the tools to edit terrain are gone for me. My terrain script in the inspector looks like this now and I have no way of editing the terrain anymore. http://i.gyazo.com/2df84fe55c3099a000970cf5bd3ba975.png

I opened a different project and that still has the tools, but not the one I'm working on.

Does anyone know a way to fix this?

You've set your inspector to Debug mode. Click at the top-right hand corner and change it back to Normal.

Try restarting unity.

Click on the little cog icon and try the reset option.

Try creating another terrain (don't destroy your original) just to see if that one has the editor tools.
