ReferenceError: Can't find variable: jQuery

Whenever I try to log to asset store in Unity 4, I get the following error:

ReferenceError: Can't find variable: jQuery (Filename: https://kharma.unity3d.com/ Line: 111)

The asset store will not fully load. Unity 3.5 doesn't work either, it's a network issue. However this prevents me from using (even browsing) the asset store.

What could be the issue? How can I go around it? EDIT: the URL works in a browser
