Lighting doesn't work when changing scenes

Hello:

I started the roll-a-ball tutorial from here, done it and now i'm creating a title screen using the new UI, works fine except when loads the game scene: the skybox and the lights doesn't load, shadows appear but everything is in gray. I'm using a different skybox in the title scene and no light in it.

Any idea why and how to fix it? Please.
