Unity scene file disappeared after Unity crashed
Unity crashed while I was working on one scene, and now that scene file is gone. Is there a way to restore that file? Would windows system restore help ? I mean can I restore that scene file by restoring the entire system to an earlier point ??

Windows restoring system only works for critical files (mostly system files), it is not a backup of your entire disk.
But even if it was the case, an unsaved scene lies in memory so after a crash it is not possible to retrieve it. There might be some earlier dump of the memory chunks used by Unity in the Temp directory, but that's just an assumption.
Sorry but it looks like you will have to edit your scene from scratch.
