Import a blender map in unity ?

I don't want to make my map (a house) on unity... I want to make it in blender...and then importing it on Unity... Will it have better results and will it be more realistic than making it on unity (because i don't like making the house with cubes... it doesn't have good results because the cubes are not next to each other for a little bit)
