There were an European championships, and in my option the  level was very strong there! I got third place in kata and second place in kumite. I know, you've no idea what are they, but that's ok. Last year I visited St Petersburg and this year Moscow. I think that I liked Moscow more because it was cleaner, but yeah I even saw bad people there - thieves.
