We exist from year 1994. Main members are Sulo Hermlin ja Karol Kolk,
but sometimes we took our dancer's and back-singer's (2 girls) too
with us. Band's start-up idea comes little unexpectedly, while we
already dealed with music and singing some time. Simply idea become to
buy a keyboard. And so we did. At the beginning, as usually everybody
else, we played only for ourselves, but more and more was such songs,
what we desired to play othes too. That was beginning of "Light in
Darkness". At start-up, our music was soft and mild, there was lot's
of Estonian Golden Oldies, now it includes also rock, dance, techno
and other elements. For composing we use keyboards "Yamaha PSS-26",
"Yamaha PSR 450", computer
based midisynthesizer "Yamaha SYXG5.0 SoftSynthesizer" (with software
license), couple computer's for sound processing, back-sound CD's for
computer-aided songs, little egg-like percussion instrument and of
course our voice! You can find some demonstration song's from download
page. Now our repertuar includes over 150 songs, from walz to rock.
Finally we have all professional equipment, including 2x250 W amplifier
and 2x375 W 15 inch loudspeakers.
And for conclusion: we already played on more then 70 concert's in
Estonia and outside Estonia. Be fine and happy!
