Effective immediately, the State of Illinois has moved to Tier 3 Resurgence Mitigations, which encourages people to stay home to the greatest extent possible.
The health and well-being of all Skydeck visitors, partners and employees is our top priority. In accordance with this latest update, and out of an abundance of caution to help protect the health and well-being of our community, we are temporarily closing Skydeck, effective November 20, 2020.
We will continue to monitor and follow the guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the Chicago Department of Public Health (CDPH).
Guests who have purchased tickets can contact sales@theskydeck.com to reschedule visits or inquire about refunds.

- Log in to the Zoom web portal
- Click Room Management > Zoom Rooms
- Click Account Settings at the top of the page
- In the Account Profile tab, under Background image for Zoom Rooms, click Upload New Image.
- Select your image and click Open.
