How can i HIDE whats outside the camera view
if i want to hide the rest of the location ( which out side the camera view ) and it is appear when the character go to this place ?
to be more clear this is in the games like ( Max and the magic marker , or any 2d gameplay style ) how can i hide the rest of the level to make the processing more faster ? or it is by default Unity not put this things on its calculations till it appears ?

This is called frustum culling and most engines including Unity do this by default. :)
