You can use Camera.SetReplacementShader on cam2 to replace the shaders on all objects with transparent versions. However, based on your picture, it seems like you're overlaying camera2 on top of camera1, in which case the transparent element of your semitransparent object is just going to reveal the fully opaque version of the same object rendered by camera1 behind it? Or have I misunderstood?

hi bro,

i'm in the project of virtual human anatomy, for that i want x-ray view and i done with object shader, that is applying to all object, but i need to update the version with camera effect, i.e, the full human anatomy is visible in main camera, for x-ray view i need to put a camera over main camera (like in image cam2), in this camera all the object need to visible as a x-ray while dragging over main camera

You could try making cam1 show the full human anatomy model, and cam2 renders on top showing a different model, using layers and culling masks, or just positioned in another area. Unfortunately, controlling the boundaries of the x-ray camera rectangle sounds difficult to me. It would deal with Camera.rect I believe.
