I have problem with using vs with unity

,I followed this " text to use visual studio 2019 for unity 2020.1.3f1.

but if I generate C# script in Unity and double click to open it is not open with error below picture 1.

If external script Editor is Open by file extension it works but I can not use the transform.Rotate function in unity engine.

How can I solve it.. please help! alt text
