How to make multiple selected Animation's Preview window as editor window

I want to make something like the figure below. After selecting multiple animations from the Project window, arrange them and preview the animation automatically in the preview window. This is useful when creating a cut scene with Timeline, when there are a lot of motion files.

Is there any good idea?
