How can I get the Profiler to work on the SHIELD tablet?
When activating the Unity Profiler for a project running on nvidia's SHIELD tablet, the number of frames per second goes down significantly. Even with a very simple example (animated cube with one directional light) turning on the unity profiler takes the frame rate from ~60 fps to ~20fps. The difference is more noticeable in scenes with higher complexity (~60fps -> 3fps). We tested multiple SHIELD tablets and several different projects with similar results. Profiling the same projects on other android devices works fine.
Has anyone found a way to use the profiler without significantly degrading performance on a SHIELD tablet?
