Starting new Scene with a button pressed problem

Ok, so in a game Im working on I have to keep a button pressed almost all of the time. Now when I load a new scene or restart a scene the game wont recognize that that button is being pressed until I release it and press it again.

I checked for keyboard ghosting but that aint a problem seeing that I can press 6 buttons at the same time and the computer recognize them.

Any ide what it might be?
