Artificial pathfinding with colliders
Hello hello - I need to create an artificial pathfinding algorithm. I made a very rough outline however, I can't break it down into smaller parts that I could already do directly in Unity.
Maybe some of you have the knowledge of how to execute the command below and would be kind enough to help at least a little I would be very grateful. It doesn't have to be code, but even one sentence on how to make an element what I will describe. Thanks for reading the post.
The game is 3D, however the view is from the side. I can illustrate it with a sketch like this, this is what the camera looks like.
This does not mean that "z" does not exist. Looking from above (and this is important) it looks like this:
Explanation:
Arrows "x" and "z" show that we are looking from above The blue square is an object that will have an artificial pathfinding. This object also contains 3 colliders (orange in the picture).
The arrow above the blue square shows which way it is facing. The red square is a crate (it has a collider which is 1: 1 like a crate).
As you can see, the lower collider (in the picture) would hit the box. Colliders, however, stick out a little ahead, because in this case, like the right one the collider (looking as the blue square looks) will detect another collider a the other two will not detect anything, the object moves in the opposite direction.
In this case, the right collider moves to the left (deeper).
I have absolutely no idea how to transfer it to Unity. Please help. Thanks again for reading the post and have a nice weekend :)
